Since graduating from Syracuse University in 2024, I’ve been working as a Health Coach at a mental health agency. I have seen the opportunities that coaching can create for overall well-being, and I am excited to see how we can partner to enact change for you!

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English, and a minor in Nutrition. I am currently studying for the NBHWC exam after completing the required health coaching courses at UVM. I am a certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer and have completed the CCAR Recovery Coach program.

My goal is to make your own knowledge and intuition more accessible.
