I am a NBC-HWC and I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English, along with a minor in Nutrition from Syracuse University. I am a certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer and have completed the CCAR Recovery Coach program. My work specializes in helping women and queer populations feel more at home in their bodies and lives.
I have spent the last two years working as a Health Coach at a mental health agency. In my personal time, I write for my Substack, Everything Bittersweet, and I love to incorporate creativity into the coaching process. I am excited to see how we can partner to enact change for you!
